Hi, my name is Amanda. I am one of Dr. Richmond’s chairside assistants and have been part of his team since 2003. I love everything about dentistry, including educating patients about their dental health and care. Forming relationships with our patients is one of the most rewarding aspects of my position.
I look forward to meeting new patients every day.
In my spare time, I enjoy family time with my husband and two children. I also enjoy taking long walks with my dog, water activities and cooking.
I am June, Dr. Richmond’s office manager. We have designed our reception area to make you feel like you are coming into our living room. It is both warm and inviting. We pride ourselves on our caring doctor and staff and making your visit comfortable from start to finish. Once Dr. Richmond and his clinical staff complete their comprehensive oral exam and evaluation, I will discuss your treatment options with you. It is very rewarding to gain our patients confidence and watch their joy as we transform their smile and comfort level in our office.
I have two daughters and four precious grandchildren who keep me busy with numerous water activities, golf cart rides, and fun and memorable sleepovers.
I graduated from Kempsville High School with honors and went on to Old Dominion University where I received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene. I love the one-on-one interaction I have with our patients because I care about their dental health and want to make everyone comfortable in our office. I participate in Mission of Mercy projects that help patients who otherwise could not afford dental care.
